    Roll-up screen system with bottom winding shaft for front and rear projection on PVC projection films.


    Modular aluminium winding shaft Ø 150 mm in standard length with integrated device for tensioning and belt length adjustment for ideal flatness.

    Maximum screen dimensions 295 cm x 650 cm (WxH)


    Crossbeam construction, motor and pulley roller module are coupled via standardised crossbeam connectors.


    The MEGASCREEN roll-up screen system is designed and configured according to the current and recognised state of the art for machines used in event technology.

    In particular UC1 according to DIN EN 17206:2020-09 (replaces DIN 56950-1).


    The range limitation with operating and emergency switches is carried out via gear limit switches.


    SCOPE OF DELIVERY

    Roller screen system installed as a complete unit and pre-assembled at the factory.

    Power and control cable, pluggable, 25.00 m long.


    Suspension positions on the motor and each guide roller unit for fastening to the on-site substructure.

    G-FRAME 54 control unit with UP-DOWN and variable speed / speed control functions.

    Optional:

    - Powder coating for an extra fee

    - Half-coupler, load capacity 750 kg for attachment to on-site tube Ø 50 mm.

    - Ceiling mounting or substructure can be customised.

    - Incremental encoder for intermediate positions


    Winding shafts in special lengths can also be manufactured to customized specifications for an additional charge.


    For custom-made roll-up screens with a width and/or height of more than 5 meters, as well as systems with a climbing roller tube, an inspection by an authorized expert is required according to DIN EN 17206:2022-02 and DIN 56950-4:2015-12. We recommend involving the expert in the project prior to installation to ensure a smooth approval process.
