The curtain system

Features of the OFFICE acoustic curtain from Gerriets:

• Available in the standard versions with 3, 5, 7, 10 and 12 layers, each with a sound certificate.
• Additional inner layers can be added at any time (even retrospectively).
• Front and back can be selected from the INTERIOR ACOUSTIC COLLECTION.
• Free design possible, such as printing of a desired design or design fabrics from external partners.
• Inner layers made of flame-retardant, sound-absorbing or sound-reflecting, odourless and washable special fabrics.
• The associated TRUMPF 95 OFFICE rail system can be moved by hand or motorised.

The OFFICE acoustic curtain can be moved both manually and by motor, with the extremely quiet FRICTION-DRIVE traction motor making it particularly pleasant to use. The options range from endless travel to control via radio remote control or on-site BUS system through to a touch panel.

Acoustic measured values

Sound insulation values according to expert opinion:

• 3-layer up to ~11 dB - weight 1.6 kg/m²
• 5-ply up to ~13 dB - weight 2.2 kg/m²
• 7-ply up to ~16 dB - weight 2.9 kg/m²
• 10-ply up to ~21 dB - weight 3.9 kg/m²
• 12-ply up to ~26 dB (measurement on site) - weight 4.6 kg/m²

Note: The sound insulation can be significantly increased by adding further inner layers. Extended versions available on request.

The rail system

The associated TRUMPF 95 OFFICE rail system plays a special role in our sound curtain system.

The system is a modified version of our tried-and-tested TRUMPF 95 rail technology, which can easily support the weight of the OFFICE sound curtain.
