For the opening ceremony of the European Games on 21.06.2019 in Minsk, eight TUBE projection screens were installed with SCENE - a Gerriets front projection screen also optimized for this application.
The TUBE systems were installed on an eight-sided construction in the middle of the Dinamo Arena in Minsk, which reopened in 2018. The octahedral stage construction served both as a playing surface for the orchestra and for displaying large-scale projections.
44 custom-made flight cases were stackable and manufactured in standard pallet dimensions for cost-efficient transportation. This meant that the nine (8+1) TUBE systems, consisting of 25 carbon tubes in different lengths as well as nine drives and controls, could be transported quickly and safely.
