ROLLER SCREEN RUNWAY
Functional complete systems for stationary front projection
The roller screen systems, including drive and projection surface, are ideal as permanently installed projection surfaces. The range of applications extends from in-house presentations with a small screen surface for use in conference rooms to maximum screen formats of 500 x 400 cm for multifunctional halls. The systems are designed for both wall and ceiling mounting and are equipped with fabric-reinforced front projection screens.
The RUNWAY roll-up screen system is used for installations with projection formats of up to 500 x 400 cm and impresses with its excellent projection quality. Our standard versions in particular allow short delivery times and an excellent price-performance ratio.
- RUNWAY is available in a flame-retardant version in accordance with DIN 4102 B1, with a fabric-reinforced projection screen surface.
- The motor is mounted on the left as standard, the curtain rolls backwards.
For permanently installed small formats
RUNWAY is a roll-up screen system in a closed protective box with a groove profile for small to medium picture formats*(Fig. 1*). The continuous groove profiles on the top of the protective box allow flexible installation.
- Optionally with self-roller, crank drive or internal tubular motor mounted on the left.
- Aluminum-steel construction with protective box made of extruded aluminum, powder-coated to RAL 9010, white*(Fig. 2*).
- Depending on the size, the shaft is made of an aluminum profile or a precision steel tube (Fig.3).
- Specially designed bearings for maximum safety.
- Electromagnetically released disk brakes for smooth, precise stopping without overrun.
- Full braking force when switching off and after a power failure.
- Safety gear from 5 m width / 5 m height.
- Standardized screen sizes.
- Depending on version and size, PLANA or STRATO projection screen surface with luminance factor ß of approx. 1.0.
Assembly technology
Standard
- Supplied as standard for RUNWAY / 250 and 400 with QuickMount mounting brackets for wall or ceiling mounting. The bracket is mounted on the wall or ceiling in advance. The box is hooked in and fixed with clamping screws*(Fig. 1*).
- Supplied as standard for RUNWAY / 500 with universal mounting brackets for wall or ceiling mounting (Fig.2).
Optional
- Mounting set especially for suspended ceilings with threaded rods for stepless adjustment to the ceiling level (Fig.3).
- Plug-in side panel brackets for installation/removal without opening the ceiling. For fixed installation in suspended ceilings*(picture 4*).
- Wall or ceiling bracket: Mounting bracket with horizontal and vertical adjustment options (Fig.5).
- Ceiling bracket: Sliding mounting bracket for ceiling mounting (Fig.6).
- Wall bracket: Sliding mounting bracket for wall mounting (without picture).
Crank drive or self-rolling mechanism
Crank drive
Our projection screens up to 300 x 300 cm are also available with a crank drive. The crank is included in the scope of delivery, length 148 or 167 cm, depending on the screen size. Please note the following points:
Projection screens
Depending on requirements and format, our RUNWAY is equipped with either a PLANA or STRATO projection surface. The PLANA screen surface is somewhat thinner and therefore allows a somewhat smaller design for formats up to 240 cm wide. From a width of 240 cm, the STRATO fabric is mainly used.
Scope of delivery
