CARBON ROLLER SCREENS

Lightweight, fast, demountable. Exclusively from Gerriets.

Ideally suited for permanent installation or mobile use. This applies in particular to the following areas of application: Front/rear projection screens; brochures; optical and/or acoustic partition curtains in theatres, opera houses and concert halls; congress centres; tours and trade fairs. The tubular elements are made of lightweight, high-strength carbon fibres. This has the advantage that long tube lengths with minimum weight and large spans with minimum deflection are possible.

TUBE - For medium and large formats

TUBE is a mobile roll-up screen system for medium and large formats with tube lengths of up to 12.0 m and hanging heights of up to 9.0 m as well as variable lifting speeds of approx. 0.2 to approx. 0.9 m/s. Thanks to the high-quality carbon technology, the systems have a low weight with high stability and are therefore predestined for the theatre, training, event, touring and trade fair sectors.

MEGASCREEN TOUR - For mobile large formats

MEGASCREEN TOUR is unique in terms of mobility, dimensions and speed.

A transportable, quickly assembled and dismantled projection screen system for very large formats with tube lengths of up to 30.0 m and hanging heights of up to 15.0 m as well as variable lifting speeds of approx. 0.1 to approx. 0.4 m/s.

Thanks to the combination of innovative winding technology and high-quality carbon technology, the system can be used for mobile theatres, events and trade fairs as well as for fixed installations.

MEGASCREEN - For permanently installed large formats

MEGASCREEN is a projection screen system for large formats with tube lengths of up to 24.0 m and hanging heights of up to 15.0 m as well as variable lifting speeds of approx. 0.1 to approx. 0.3 m/s.

Thanks to the modified design of the carbon tube and simplified connection of the tube modules, the roll-up screen system is ideal for permanent installation.

We recommend final bonding of the tubes on site.

TUBE and MEGASCREEN TOUR adapt flexibly to spatial conditions thanks to their simple installation technology. MEGASCREEN TOUR and MEGASCREEN are the only products of this type with dimensioning of the load-bearing and safety hinges in accordance with DIN 56950-4 and DIN 56950-1.

All CARBON roller screen systems can be operated with Gerriets controls from the G-FRAME 54 series. The speed can be continuously preset using a rotary potentiometer. Versions with three programmable intermediate positions and/or DMX interface are also available.
