Design variants
The STRATUS system is available as standard in the typical cloud version and in a smooth version. We make up the material of your choice in our sewing workshops.
In the STANDARD version, the STRATUS system consists of an aluminum four-point crossbar with an integrated drive shaft, which consists of a grooved profile for light curtains and an aluminum square tube for heavy curtains.
Winding bobbins are mounted on the shaft and can be moved axially in both versions. Steel belts are used as lifting gear and the drive shaft is moved by a built-in drive motor.
Features
- Lightweight four-point spreader beam, low torsion
- Integrated drive shaft with mounted winding bobbins, axially adjustable
- The system requires only a few suspension points
- Secure coupling elements and movable bobbins for textile webs of different widths
- Stainless, non-combustible steel belts (12 x 0.5 mm) with rounded edges guarantee a high load capacity and safety, very quiet running, regular winding and unwinding and easy height adjustment of the curtains during set-up
- Lifting heights of up to 25 m possible
- Several motor variants for different curtain weights
- Curved Roman blinds or special constructions in polygonal shape are possible

STRATUS CONTOUR
Mobile and permanently installed stage and show curtains, as a cloud curtain with CONTOUR drive
Each winding bobbin is driven by its own motor and enables individual positioning through targeted control
The opening patterns can therefore be designed in numerous variations
