Developing a transparent film that is wafer-thin, has many colour options and is flame-retardant is a real challenge.

Gerriets flame-retardant GLASKLARFOLIE was pressed with a 0.08 mm transparent coloured PVC film under high pressure using rollers. The material by the metre was then processed and assembled into panels in the workshops at Gerriets Austria CEE GmbH using a high-frequency welding system.

The result was a standardised stage set according to the customer's wishes for the new production of Rossini's masterpiece.
