The professional main curtain system

The distance between the curtain pleats increases or decreases evenly across the entire curtain width when opening and closing.

Scissor pull as a compact complete system with Greek opening. Italian pull mechanism optional. Optionally with deflector for the portal area. On request with stable and quiet-running lateral guide rail for fast, German opening.

Features:

• Sturdy steel or aluminum carrier construction with integrated running surface made of abrasion-resistant plastic
• Ball-bearing rollers with rubber coating move the laterally guided scissors quietly over the rail
• The scissor joints are mounted in maintenance-free Permaglide bushes
• The scissor lift system has a modular design and can be configured for a Greek and/or Italian opening. In the case of a German opening and for inspection travel, the carrier is guided laterally on both sides
• The drive is provided by a steel hoist cable, which is moved by a powerful geared motor positioned on the carrier
• Thanks to their compact design, the drives can also be mounted on the girder with a shallow installation depth
• The power of the geared motors is configured depending on the curtain weight and opening speed

Dimensions:

• Distance between scissor lift suspensions, depending on structural requirements and curtain weight. Guide value approx. every 4 m.
• Distance between curtain suspensions max. every 30 cm.

Draw speeds per curtain section, depending on curtain weight:

• Greek opening max. 1.5 m/s
• Italian opening max. 1.5 m/s

Dead weight, without drives, approx:

• Greek opening 35 kg/lfm
• Italian / Greek opening 50 kg/rm

Option:

The JOKER 95 rail and guide carriage with Vulkollan-coated rollers guarantee low-noise movement of the scissor lift during German opening.

The FENCE scissor lift is individually adapted to the respective installation situation. We require the following information from you in order to prepare a quotation:

• Overall dimensions, including the available storage space
• Length of the central overflow
• Curtain size and curtain weight
• Desired opening variant (Greek, Italian, etc.)
• Desired travel speed for the specified opening variants
• Number and distance of suspension points
• Edge distance of the outer suspension points
• A dimensioned drawing of the on-site situation
• Design of the control system
